Dr. Sarah Krein has enjoyed time at St. James School at the beginning of this school year as she did prescreening with students. Dr. Sarah’s exact words were “My heart melted when I was given thank you cards from the first graders at St James School. Love love love!” Don’t you think these sweet photos are adorable?
