Our Eye Doctor

Doctor Cristina V. Patrick has been an eye care provider in Kentucky since 2000. She intends to stay to raise her two sons who play piano and are active in sports. Although she has lived in the bluegrass state the longest, she has travelled extensively. Dr. Patrick was born in the Philippines, attended elementary school in Chicago, graduated from the Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology outside Washington, D.C., and received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.

Dr. Patrick earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She completed externships at the Birmingham VA Medical Center and Atlanta Eye Surgery, where she concentrated on managing cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and glaucoma. Dr. Patrick underwent training in laser and surgical procedures with Northeastern State University.

Doctor Cristina Patrick has volunteered with the Kentucky Vision Project, Lion’s Club, Optimist Club, community clinics, school vision screenings, health fairs, and eye care mission trips to underserved countries. She has served on school, chamber of commerce, and Red Cross boards.

Dr. Patrick is a member of the Greater Louisville Optometric Society, Kentucky Optometric Association, Southern Council of Optometrists, and the American Optometric Association.

Doctor Cristina Patrick is excited to provide top-notch eye care to the people of Hardin County and surrounding communities. She is accepting new patients of all ages for routine, school or diabetic exams, as well as treatment and management of eye infections, injuries and disease.
